MISSION ADJUSTMENTS & GEAR RECALL

At Qirexynor, we stand by the quality of our life-saving equipment. If your gear isn’t a perfect fit for your mission, we offer a straightforward return and refund process—because readiness sometimes requires recalibration.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY: THE INSPECTION CRITERIA

To initiate a return, your gear must meet the following conditions:
  • Timeframe: Request a return within 30 days of the delivery date (as tracked by the carrier).
  • Condition: Gear must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid order number or receipt from Qirexynor.com or our authorized Amazon storefront.
  • Exclusions: The following items are non-returnable due to safety and hygiene protocols:
    • Opened or used tourniquets, IFAKs, bleeding control kits, or medical components (e.g., chest seals, gauze, bandages).
    • Products with tampered safety seals or packaging.
    • Clearance, final sale, or “Free Trial” items (unless defective).

2. RETURN PROCESS: STEP-BY-STEP DEPLOYMENT

Ready to return? Follow this protocol:
  1. Request Authorization: Email Support@Qirexynor.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the gear (if damaged).
  2. Receive RMA: Our team will review your request within 24 business hours. If approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Gear: Pack the gear securely in its original packaging (or equivalent protective material) with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside. Ship to the address provided in your RMA email.
  4. Track & Confirm: Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS Priority Mail) to send your return. Retain your tracking number for proof of delivery.
Note: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at your expense.

3. REFUND ARRANGEMENTS: FUNDS RECONCILIATION

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund:
  • Inspection Timeline: 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility.
  • Refund Method: Funds will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus:
    • Original shipping fees (non-refundable).
    • Return shipping costs (paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our error—e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • Notification: You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed. Allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution).

4. EXCEPTIONS & SPECIAL SCENARIOS

Defective or Incorrect Gear

If your gear arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item:
  • Contact Support@Qirexynor.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund (including original shipping fees).

Opened Medical Components

For safety reasons, opened medical supplies (e.g., chest seals, gauze, hemostatic agents) are non-returnable, even if unused. This ensures all life-saving gear remains sterile and compliant with medical regulations.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for:
  • Return shipping costs (including customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees).
  • Ensuring compliance with their country’s import/export laws for tactical/medical gear.
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees and any applicable international transaction fees.

5. EXCHANGES: GEAR SWAPS

Need a different size, color, or product? We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap gear:
  1. Return your eligible item for a refund (per the process above).
  2. Place a new order for your desired product at your convenience.
    This ensures faster processing and avoids inventory conflicts.
