PROCESSING TIME: GEAR PREP

Before your gear deploys, it requires final inspection and packaging.
  • Standard Processing: Orders typically process within 1-2 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
  • Peak Operations: During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, major promotions), processing may extend to 3-5 Business Days.
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Noon) PST will commence processing the following business day.
  • Verification: Orders flagged for address discrepancies or payment verification may experience delays. We appreciate your patience as we ensure accuracy.

We offer several tiers of deployment to meet your readiness needs. Rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please allow additional transit time for overseas military destinations.
  • Tracking: A Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number (INTEL) will be dispatched once your gear leaves our facility.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (GLOBAL DEPLOYMENT)

Qirexynor gear is trusted worldwide. We offer international shipping to most countries.
  • Transit Times: Vary significantly by destination (typically 7–21 Business Days), customs processing, and local postal services.
  • Duties & Taxes (IMPORTANT): Qirexynor is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are collected upon delivery. Please consult your local customs office prior to ordering.
  • Restricted Regions: Due to specific regulations regarding medical devices and tactical gear, we cannot ship to certain countries. If we are unable to ship to your location, our system will notify you at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY

  • Monitor Your Shipment: Utilize the tracking link provided in your confirmation email to monitor your gear's progress.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Qirexynor is not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us immediately.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Qirexynor cannot redirect shipments once they have left our facility. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or additional reshipping fees.
