GEAR FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION
At Qirexynor, we engineer every tourniquet, IFAK, and bleeding control kit to perform when lives are on the line. Our Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship—because your safety shouldn’t be compromised by substandard gear.
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE OVERVIEW
All Qirexynor products are backed by a limited warranty from the date of purchase. Coverage duration varies by product type, as outlined below:

Note: Warranty periods are extended for multi-pack and bundled kits to reflect their intended long-term deployment use.
2. WHAT’S COVERED
This warranty applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use, including:

Faulty stitching, buckles, or Velcro closures that fail to maintain tension

Structural failure of the tourniquet windlass or tensioning mechanism
-
Defects in MOLLE webbing, zippers, or pouch construction on IFAKs
-
Manufacturing flaws in trauma shears or included medical components
3. WHAT’S NOT COVERED
To maintain fairness and sustainability, this warranty does not cover:

Damage from misuse, abuse, or improper storage (e.g., cutting straps, exposing gear to corrosive chemicals)

Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading fabric, minor fraying from regular deployment)

Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product

Damage from accidents, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions

Products purchased secondhand, from unauthorized resellers, or without valid proof of purchase

Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect functionality
4. ACTIVATING YOUR WARRANTY
Registration is required to activate full warranty coverage and expedite claims:

Visit our page within 30 days of purchase

Provide your order number, product details, and contact information

Unregistered orders will require additional verification and may delay claim processing
5. FILING A WARRANTY CLAIM
If your gear fails due to a covered defect, follow this process:

Gather proof of purchase (order number/receipt) and clear photos of the defect

Our tactical support team will review your claim within 1–2 business days

Approved claims will receive a free replacement of the defective product (or equivalent substitute if discontinued) shipped at no cost to you

6. SPECIAL TERMS

International Orders: Warranty coverage applies globally, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs for defective products (replacement shipping is free).

Discontinued Products: If a defective product is no longer in production, we will provide a comparable or higher-value alternative at no extra charge.

Non-Transferable: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.
